Since people are anxious for different reasons its hard to say, u could say get comfortable around your environment. But i live in an area where there are mostly whites so am always anxious, not necessarily for my well being just the racist vibes i get.(micro aggression, people visibly scare of u etc) I mean how does someone get comfortable in such a demonic environment.:francis:


its not like having an issue talking to girls, that is overcome easily because i actually like girls, but these folks not so much :russ:

Yea. You just gotta jump sometimes and remember we all the same, we all dealin w/ shyt, got insecurities,weak points and all that. So ain't nobody better in the grand scheme.

It basically teaches you Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which you can do yourself. CBT is basically challenging your thoughts.

It's based on the idea that anxiety and depression are a direct result of our thoughts, and our thoughts are often distorted when you take the time to actually dissect them.

Here's a good overview of the distortions in our thoughts that lead to anxiety/depression:

I used to have social anxiety after I did a bid as a teen . I remember I called myself leaving state and attending university, 8 months after my release. shyt was a mf shell shock! As I got older and started working, I realized nobody give a fukk about you . Born alone, die alone. Be you and don’t give a fukk what anybody gotta think about you :yeshrug:
