It's not just the quote function but other things like embedding media. The entire rich text editor/WYSIWYG is fukking busted. But yea like surf said I just hit 'reply' multiple times if it's a bunch of people I want to quote in a post. If the posts in question are on different pages just make sure to save the draft before moving to another page.
