How do you react when you see someone you went to HS with?

I'm talking people you knew of but didn't know and vice versa

Just saw breh who I went to HS with working the counter at gas station (were all still young so not loser shyt, just PT Stuff I'm assuming). I pretended like I didn't know him and he called me out for it

I've seen people who I went to HS with staring at me in public too but I never say anything

On my mama something similar happened to me a few days ago

It depends on how I look. If I'm looking good, I stunt on those heauxs. I don't usually say anything though unless I see them staring at me. I'm always nice too unless the person was a btch, then I'm nice and shady. Think Mariah Carey. lol

If I'm not looking too great, I pretend I don't know them.

I developed a bad habbit of going to class looking bummy and need to get rid of it quick.I am beginning to practice being "on" (or put together/ looking good) at all times though bc you never know who you may run into while you're out.

I don't say anything unless they ask me why do I look familiar I usually recognize them before they know who i am. Its only really my former female classmate who don't know me. Dudes I barely socialize with still know me

It's crazy the difference in achievements between ppl I went to HS with and ppl I went to college with
Ppl I went to college with run investment banks and head divisions at Amazon. I'm one of the underachieving ppl from my college circle and I'm a Sr. Engineer who been making 6 figures for a decade
