First, you have to decide what it is you want to become, and why.
Once you've got that figured out, you need to put together a plan for how you're going to get there. You need to give yourself realistic, achievable, and measureable milestones to reach and a time frame for when you want to reach them.
You need to be organized and you need to be focused.
It's really not that hard once you get your plan together. Then it's just a matter of taking a few steps toward your goal every week and before you know it, you'll be where you want to be.
