I do chest and arms 3 days a week and add back, shoulders or both. Then I do legs 2 other days a week

I was finding that doing shoulders meant hitting my arms 5 days a week and my elbows couldn't take that shyt.

I would put chest with triceps and shoulders and lats with biceps. Then do legs/back/forearms

Work has fukked my gym schedule up :sadcam:... but at the moment.

Tuesday: Chest/Arms

Thursday: Back/Shoulders or Legs (One week ill do one, the next week the other)

Saturday: Boxing/Calisthenics

Thats the basic schedule however ill switch it up with the excercises that I actually do on those days, and I do pullups and dips every sesh even on leg days. It maintains my Godliness brehs.. I may not be as brolic as I was a few years ago but im more cut and my muscle is maintained nicely.

Chest/back (always grouped together) and either leg, shoulder or arms.
Arms/shoulder
Legs/arms
Etc.
Just mix and match lifts :yeshrug:

Im a genetic freak, so the answer is "whatever I feel like."
Squat every session, push/pull, then do light workouts on whatever. Still get done in an hour and a half at most.

I compact all my muscle groups into two workouts so I can at least hit everything twice a week.

So I alternate between

legs/chest/back/shoulder

and

biceps/triceps/calves/traps

The first day is a bytch since you're working so many big muscle groups but it's been working for me.
