I never disabled mine and the smilies are stuck at loading...probably gonna take some time for the little things to be at 100% since the site just came back an hour or so ago.

yeah I don't think it's rich text editor related, if it was I don't think you'd even be able to see the smiley (or any of the other) options

I cleared the cache, takes a while, that might fix it. Try using a private tab, log in and see if its there. I never disabled it so its here for me.

I think there’s no option for it on the new xenforo, it’s all rich. Cache prolly need to be cleared

Apparently if you start typing one out, a drop down will appear and selecting the smiley from there should work (or just type it all out) but the smiley dialog box still isn't loading for me
