Don't feel embarrassed breh. Better to ask for help than not do it correctly. I was a training manager at a chemical plant for years and had to teach adults this all the time.I'm a little embarrassed that I haven't figured this out yet. The soap doesn't stay on my hands for more than 5 seconds in the water. So I'm constantly putting more and more soap on my hands. I'm running out of soap. Help!
Think someone already posted a video but if you ain't watch it, wet your hands with water then apply an ample amount of soap. Then rub your hands vigorously, palms, nails, fingers, back of hands, and wrists, making suds. This is where the "30 seconds of washing"r begins. Make sure to rinse well, I recommend with pretty warm w/hot water, if possible.
Also, be mindful of the faucet knobs and door handles right after washing, don't want to recontaminate with what you just washed off
