I'm a little embarrassed that I haven't figured this out yet. The soap doesn't stay on my hands for more than 5 seconds in the water. So I'm constantly putting more and more soap on my hands. I'm running out of soap. Help!
Don't feel embarrassed breh. Better to ask for help than not do it correctly. I was a training manager at a chemical plant for years and had to teach adults this all the time.

Think someone already posted a video but if you ain't watch it, wet your hands with water then apply an ample amount of soap. Then rub your hands vigorously, palms, nails, fingers, back of hands, and wrists, making suds. This is where the "30 seconds of washing"r begins. Make sure to rinse well, I recommend with pretty warm w/hot water, if possible.

Also, be mindful of the faucet knobs and door handles right after washing, don't want to recontaminate with what you just washed off:wow:

YES!!! Been doing that for years. I hate seeing people wash their hands then throw away the paper towel and grab the handle. :scust:

Truth be told if you keep your fingernails trimmed low you don't need to wash that long. I think the CDC recommends 20 seconds. Get that webbing between your fingers and clean under your nails thoroughly. The germs live in the webbing and under fingernails primarily.

Also people walking around with gloves that actively touch things are just spreading germs around. Not sure where that even came from. Gloves aren't a solution.
