Brehs I ate some Chinese food today, and my stomach is killing me. Literally just got off the toilet a few minutes ago at damn near 3AM (pause), stomach feels like I got a brick in it. And I’m a skinny dude. I can’t even fathom how you can even become obese. When I eat too much, like today, I feel like shyt and then have to chill out for a couple days. Drink a protein shake or something.
I mean, obviously everyone’s body is different, but generally speaking if you kept eating like that and even for a short period of time, your body would begin to adjust and soon your body would crave for you to eat that way. Once your body begins to become insulin resistant all bets are off.
