Kendrick just had Dr. Dre on stage shout out “i see dead people” opening up to Not Like Us on an Amazon Live show calling his a pedophile. Drake needs to fall back for a while. This is worse than what he did to Meek.

He goes and gets Yan Moore and Linda Shuyler to get him on Degrassi: The Reboot

You have to keep in mind a large portion of his fanbase does not care about hip-hop.

Best option for him is to keep making people dance (not even being ironic).
Literally what Kendrick said. Just make dance music or shut your trap. But Drake is prideful. He and Kendrick both grew up under Nas VS Jay and Pac VS Big.
:manny:
Nothing really, it’s been 15 years. This is kinda like Ja Rule where people were already kinda souring on him and just needed someone with star power to bring it to light.

Albums still gonna do numbers because he’s in that too big to fail space, but tbh the last real inescapable Drake hit was like Sicko Mode/Gods Plan.
He's a hitmaker and waverider. Drake is too all encompassing at this point. He's gonna keep latching onto artist to stay in view and active. But I will say this, he keeps getting trolled with every mundane social media post. Even if Drake keeps getting spins, one could argue who he latches too is the artists that keeps him afloat.

While Ja faded and is just now getting that "you know what, his music was really good in hindsight" love, even Ja had bangers and an unquestioned classic song during that time (New York). It helped that other big stars also didn't fukk with 50 around that time. Working with Ja only pissed 50 off. Working with Drake at this moment gonna make everyone look at you sideways.

You saying this while Drake still the most streamed rapper as of today on pace to have his biggest year, getting 40 million streams a day on Spotify alone. Artists don’t care about that shyt, never have and never will, Tekashi 69 came home doing features, R. Kelly had the whole industry doing features with him after his sex tapes were all over Canal street. Drake will be just fine.

Difference between Drake and Ja is Ja didn’t have that dedicated stanbase willing to ride through anything.

:yeshrug:We had a thread a month back and came to the conclusion. That majority of rap beefs don’t end careers. All Drake has to do is continue making hits and people will follow. But he still will be reminded of this L.

I'm going to need Drake to diss Kendrick again.

Shoot a video for it

In the video have the head of the FBI hand him a plaque that says he never slept with anyone under the age of 18

Release footage after the video of Drake alone in the room with no cuts or edits writing the diss track
