How does Family Video still exist in 2018

Every once in while, while I'm going home from work and I drive by Family Video I give a look based on the fact that a video rental store still exists in 2018. I mean there are Redbox's all over town but to still have not one but three brick and mortar video rental stores in 2018 is unbelievable.
