Biologically, makes perfect sense.


These types of people who can just do this type of shyt like hot dog eating contest have insane levels of metabolism.

Being fat requires you to have a slow metabolism, so not only would you be able to not eat as much as he did, it would be stored in your fat body MUCH longer than his.

That video was disgusting to watch.
But I'd imagine he doesn't eat 12.5lbs of fried rice every single day, so this food wouldn't cause him to gain an egregious amount of weight.
He also is probably physically active.
Na its because it dont how many pounds he claims it weighs the meal 9,168 calories. Which equals 2.6 pounds since a pound is 3,500 calories

you don't just go out and win these greasy eating competitions on a whim. I would not be surprised if he develops physical problems later in life (cholesterol, diabetes). I have an Asian co-worker; snacks like hell at work and eats all kinds of nonsense; looks like he starves himself

If you eat clean and workout regularly, you can get away with eating these types of meals here and there. But notice I said meal, he doesn't eat like this the entire day or all the time. A couple times out the week won't hurt him especially if he's consistently burning calories in a deficit

I do it all the time, obviously not to this extent but last night I ate a Portillos double back cheese burger with grilled onions, I was still hungry after so I stopped at checkers and ate two more double checker cheese burgers. I do shyt like this at least a couple of times out the week
