Nah man. I'm not dark skin or light skin, I'm just regular brown like thisaight gotcha
the guy darkness was one of the first things which stood out about him..how is you missing this...you sure you aint darksin cause I noticed dark skin blacks seem to have a different standard of light/dark skin than the rest of usyeah it's a shame other than his sometimes questionable choice in movies he seemed like a good brother

At least over here, lightskin black men don't get their ugliness ignored or increased leeway for beating women. There's too many lightskin people for them to have any sort of special status, they're commonplace.
Also, being insecure over your skin is not a good look, b.
why are white people talking about black business? If you don't have high levels of melanin in your skin shut the fukk up and stick to your pasty cracka issues

I mean it's ok, I guess the only advantages are that I can change my complexion during the summer depending on how much I'm outside, women think I'm something exotic sometimes, and I probably trap less heat I guess due to darker colors trapping the sun or something.
The only diasadvantage tho is I can get tan lines if I'm not careful. I might make a thread abt this later in the summer, but coming in from playing ball nhaving 2 different tones of skin like some Mediterranean cac make a nikka go

I dap a lot of posts. I don't even know where the bar is set sometimes for being "lightskin"; sometimes it stops at Blake Griffin and other times it's at 2Pac and everyone is either dark or middle.

I know and see black people everyday. I can tell you how lightskin men are treated over here simply by virtue of observation. Why the hell should I shut up?
Of course I can't be trusted to talk about how black people get treated based on skin tone elsewhere, but in my own town? Nah, I think I'm fairly informed

Hmm lets see..going to a black club, fitting in but not quite..going to a Latin club feeling like an outcast..walking around the streets seeing groups of people..all white, all Latin, all black..but where are groups of people that are mixed like me, where I can fit in and relate to? Hmm..so I can't really relate to anyone..so basically I'm just an outcast unless I'm with my close friends..yup..us mixed breeds are the outcasts of society but everyone thinks we have it good...the only time I felt at home is when I went to Puerto Rico..I felt like I was surrounded by my people even tho I'm not Puerto Rican..
