LGA is my fav airport to use I can get there quick from my office in midtown, never as crowded as the other 2 major airports in the area

Who determines who's a "celebrity" enough to use the "celebrity" entrance. And if your that much of a "celebrity " that you need that why not just fly the PJ into a private airstrip?
