Ok so let’s say I’m naive. How does a poor third world country have an underground metro and clean well organised streets? You accuse me of falling for propaganda but here you are falling knee deep in cac propaganda that demonises them.

Littering is a cultural thing, there are plenty of Asian countries with little to no litter and clean streets.

There is nothing out of the ordinary in that video for a poor third-world country in which the government can put their resources wherever they wish.
