I remember watching a documentary about prisons. There was this guy who got arrested because of gang related crimes (I think) and he was so terrified of being attacked that he would constantly commit small felonies (In the prison) just to be locked away from the other inmates. One time he even commited self-harm. I legit felt bad for him.
