Culture is honestly anything you’ve put time into that defines you.

Anyone who ever said Black Americans don't have culture is retarded.
It is impossible to exist as a human within a community and not have culture. IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter if you've been separated from what your ancestors knew or did. You form new traditions from your new experiences and understanding. And you'll never completely forget or lose what they did and who they were.

What the backwards Colonials mean when they say we don’t have culture is that we don’t share their primitive cultural heritage.
It’s impossible for a people group to not have a culture as a culture is just a way of life agreed upon by a set group of people.
And our way of life has been imitated and replicated so much that we’ve managed to influence everyone’s way of life, on every corner of the globe, including and especially their shyt holes, and they are jealous.
Especially when close analysis reveals they are in fact the people who’ve managed to copy the culture of everyone they come in contact with.

But to answer your question, i like Neely Fuller's simple description that when a group of people are observed carefully , "culture is what a people do".
Straight and to the point. If a bunch of people of one ethnic group all do any one thing, then that activity is their culture.
