Hollywood is a small world. Think of it like a small town where everyone knows everyone else and everyone's secrets are gossiped about around town. Problem is, you need connections to be able to get opportunities and SURVIVE in Hollywood. So people just keep their mouths shut even though they know the people who they are working with and working for are engaging in shady or illegal activities.
