how does supplying work?

lets say someone has grown a good amount of weed. and you aint got the connections to sell it. so you give it to one of your friends whos in college to sell. what percentage do you give him?

or should i just sell it to a dealer for a fixed price? i kind of want of bunch of my friends to eat too tho.

Why not just sell it to your friend if you know he's gonna sell it himself? Giving weed away for free to a friend? Where they do that at? Might as well make as much profit and let them work for their share.
