So if the Coli says this shyt then why are you so pressed to challenge it?

And if you do want to challenge it then why not just go and do it instead of trying to convince us that the shyt is cool, cuz it ain't. fukking with your Coworker is not cool, maybe there is an exception to the rule but the scenario would have to be too fantasy to seriously entertain it.

Had it blow up in my face once.

Other times... as long as you're on the same page and it's casual, I think that's when it works best. I'd say dont do it if it's a career position.
