The things that make him great are the things that stresses you out. He's stubborn as hell and trusts his guys to a fault. He truly rewards players who he feel deserve it and he'll sacrifice games for player development.
He's not always great at in-game adjustments but he's amazing at game to game adjustments. In a series, I definitely trust Spo to put fear into the hearts of opposing teams.

Spo has been outcoached but he's outcoached too. Spo managed a bunch of injuries and aging rosters when Lebron was here, he's constantly spoken of with the highest respect by numerous basketball minds and coaches, and we've seen that just throwing talent on a team isn't gonna turn you into a winner.
