This an incident of kids being encouraged to be a bully by an older sibling. Anyone could've been a target, she wasn't picked cause she is white, this took place because there were no adults around.

It appears to me that some overly aggressive cac child was violently assaulting some helpless and defenseless black children. In order to overcome the mini cac threat, the valiant black children were forced to join up and put down the foul cac child beast. Hopefully the cac child is locked away or put down for good.
