You can pour some of that shyt down the drain only if you’re going to run hot water for a while and dish soap down with it to break it down but just throw that shyt in an empty container and a bag and put it in the dumpster otherwise

I’m southern so I actually store it and use it to cook with later.

Cook something else with it. I cool bacon low and slow so the fat would usually come out pretty clear with no burnt sediment. Rice, pasta, eggs...you can add a ton of flavor to stuff with bacon grease.
