pretty much.
you can be dead broke living in poverty, but there are breakfest programs for children for free, after hs, there is osap and education is so much cheaper in canada, example a 4 year degree may cost you like 20-25k total because the government subsidizes it. Minimum wage is 10.50, if you are under 18 and commit a crime it does not show up on your record when applying for a job,

Did i say minority, I meant black people. There are only 1 million in all of Canada. Theres no reason to see you as a threat that needs a, solution. You cant really compete to take over anything.

The United States government knows EXACTLY what they need to do and stop doing to improve the conditions of the poor especially the inner city. Go back and look at the things FDR did to fix the country during the Great Depression. Ending the prohibition on alcohol, the New Deal, welfare system all helped end high violence and unemployment among white men. These were very targeted policies that worked. These policies did not extend to black people even back then. That is why I know for a fact that the way things are is exactly how the United States government want it be. The criminal justice system employs a lot of people and companies that build prison are traded on the stock market and have contracts with states to be at at least 90% capacity or the state will have to pay the companies for the empty prison beds. So crime is necessary to sustaining the American economy. The US just does its best to ensure that it stays concentrated in certain areas. Many non-violent acts are also criminalized in the US to ensure that more people are sent to prison. Most people in prison are there for non-violent drug offenses. Our public school system is actually the biggest filter for the government to find future prisoners.

Actually id say about half. A little over 500k black people live in the Ontario province and there are close to a million living in Canada period. There are a little over 3 million non-whites living in Ontario and there are 10 million in the Province. The further away you get from the states, the whiter it gets. Because of the foreign backing alot of other non-white ethnic groups have white people dont fukk with them the way they fukk with black people and because there are so few black people in Canada, there is no reason to really give you that WORK.
