How does Toronto keep the crime rate so low?

depends what you like. my girl said majority of the "urban" clubs in mtl were shut down.im not into that other top 40 sh!t.
and the one weekend I went clubbing in mtl. i seen about 4 fights...and ended up with another dudes blood on my shirt. dudes throwing bottles on eachother and all other types of bs. seen dudes passed out in the middle of the street etc.
so toronto wins in the nightlife scene hands down. not to mention the mtl clubs are all cramped and small as hell.

Montreal has way hotter white girls....... cause they are usually Italian or french......they all look like they came from Europe. The CAC chicks here are like Irish and English.

The music they play in clubs is out dated tho. They play top 40 hip hop from 4 years ago like its new.

thats pretty much the only thing mtl has over us in my opinion. and yeah the mtl girls are way easier to talk to then toronto girls.
but besides that, i love it here in toronto. I remember when I was young I wanted to move back to the states.

Them Guns & Gangs task forces are no joke brehs. TAVIS cops aint playing. In all seriousness though, Toronto has like quarterly gang sweeps, the TAVIS/ETF just puts 100 gangsters in jail at a time. That plus Toronto just doesn't have that sort of history of violence. NY, CHI are notorious Mob/Mafia towns. LA, is historically been a gang culture. Also, gun culture isnt perpetuated up here like it is in the US, you guys are crazy with your rights to bare arms. lol @ being able to walk into Walmart and buy an AR, ridiculous.

Way less guns... a gun on the streets here goes for 2500... you can get like 9 guns in the states for that price
I grew up in probably the worst part of Toronto and a gun was a big deal... only the older dudes had them. I mean now a days because of culture kids want guns in the city but the biggest reason Toronto is safer than any states city is the guns.
As far as drugs though, Toronto is just as drug filled as any other city in the states.
@Kasino416 TAVIS are a joke and basically a racist division of police. They just stop and harass anyone whos suspected of being in a gang (colored people). They really don't do anything except drive around and breathe down the necks of minorities all day.
Guns and gangs do sweeps that take down whole neighborhoods and I don't think the states even has the capacity in terms of police forces to do such a thing outside of a few select cities. The funding isn't there really to put away a whole gang and investigate them. Most policing in America is reactionary not preventive.
I remember the Jamestown sweep though a few years ago

the funny thing about those sweeps barely anyone gets convicted, but its great rounding up like 40-80 folks, throwing them in jail, a few get bailand such strict conditions that they cant even leave home, then a year or two later its the trial date and they are acquitted.
