How does Toronto keep the crime rate so low?

Toronto is 3x bigger than Chicago yet Chicago has 5x the murder rate than Toronto. Honestly though there are hoods in Toronto and there full of wild ass Somalis and jamaicans

its funny. i feel like toronto is the worst city for picking up bytches. they weird in the sense that most of them never left T.O. then they feel T.O is automatically the mecca of the world. Then they feel that because they look decent and a bunch of randoms try to chat them up they are entitled to some "star treatment"

a friend of mine moved to Spain and keeps complaining about how she goes out, dresses up, but very rarely do guys go up to her or offer her a drink...she gets mad that Spanish girls will get the guy she wants, but she told me she doesn't ever want to be the one to show interest first. Toronto girls are just superficial, they care more about how you dress, social status, and your swag more than anything else. So if you got a team of homies you can share strategies and party with then its like shooting fish in a barrel. You dont even need to meet randoms, all you need one platonic female and you can holler at her friends.

The good thing is that if you can get girls here then it makes it so much easier everywhere else. When im in Montreal or New York my swag is so much higher than normal lol.
