It's similar to those NFL training camps/try outs....

They run em through shyt such as 40 yard cop dash, shooting out of moving cars at targets, how much jewels they can steal in 2 minutes, and other menacing drills.

Then they are asked a serious of really gangsta questions such as "Would you rob your grandmother?" "How would you define a 'real one'" and "Would you be good friends with any rappers?"

Depending on how they score they can be the all-star city goon / top goon.
