How easy is it to flee the country, if you were convicted of a crime?

There are too many variables. Are we talking an assault or robbery/state drug case, or a massive federal indictment for trafficking and money laundering, on which you are in the top 5 defendants? The first one, sure, you can flee, and probably get away with it, but if one don't have considerable assets/family in Haiti, or wherever they plan on going, it will be rough. You can probably skip on non serious state case, and STAY in the US, just low. Eventually they slip, most of the time.

If you are actually wanted, they will get you. Press your family, follow them, cooperate with international authorities to get you. I mean, Chino Antrax, had plastic surgery, tried to burn his fingertips off, had false documents, and was arrested by Dutch authorities on an Interpol Red Notice, and extradited to the United States, and he wasn't even a US citizen.

The DOJ went to Thailand and grabbed that kid who had AlphaBay (Silk Road) site, after they indicted him. He hung himself rather than be extradited.

Dudus Coke, was turned over to US authorities on a 10 year old indictment in Jamaica.

The US, despite current situation, still has a lot of pull worldwide, and they will use it to coordinate with local authorities.

They'll freeze your assets and accounts. So you better have about 10 stacks in cash.

Crossing the boarder is tough, they probably going to run your name. You going to need a fact ID.

Back in the 50's I had an uncle kill a man down in Alabama. He moved to Buffalo, made up a fake name, and worked in the Cadillac/GM plant for 40 years.

But real shyt, a lot of places on the Canadian border are unpatrolled. It is real easy to disappear in place like Maine and New Hampshire and then cross the border, and go where you wish from there.

Convicted?
Too late to run nikka

But they are plenty of countries with no extradition to US

And if you got paper, getting new identity is easy

The homie Loon was chilling in Algeria with no worries... but then he got bored and flew to Belgium.. and they grabbed him

:snoop:
This loon?

Making a move like this takes pre planning. If you are making decent money in whatever crimes you are commiting plans for when the cards fall should already be in the deck.

Make some international connections, get an alternate identification set, stash some cash and a heap of pre paid credit cards.

Travel by bus, boat and small charter plane.

If the heat isn’t too high you should be good for awhile.

Be humble and bubble low brehs...

Well you can't leave the country if you don't have a passport

and if you've been convicted or even charged with a felony, and it's on your record - forget that passport

Driving through the Tijuana border in San Diego is a breeze... The airport in Mexico is right across the border :manny:

Hell you could ditch your car in the US and walk across the border right into the airport terminals. Buy a ticket cash in Mexico to a South American or Central American country and be on your
