I dont think its that hard to get one, its not hard to get one ANYWHERE, its just that the consequences are bad depending where you are. In FL ive had homeboys who have never committed a crime in their life and got caught with guns and NOTHING happens, just got put on probation. Meanwhile in NY if you get caught with a gun regardless of your history your taking a trip to Rikers and your doing a 3-5 minimum up north fam. Thats why knife crime is so rampant in NY also.
