There was a month were I did 300 every morning

It made walk all puffed up I could barely look to the ground lol
Also I wore tight shirts on purpose and it made girls stare at my chest

Btw nothing beats exercise in the morning before school or work,it automatically puts you in advantage against of most of the rest of the world:blessed:

I remember in high school there was a period where we did these military exercises and let me tell you that was by far the hardest exercise I've ever done in my life no weights just weird movements

You would eventually plateau meaning. You won't gain anymore benefits from just using your body weight as resistance.

It will be effective if you're a beginner

Not true calisthenics builds muscle you have to do the push ups properly though and you have to do different versions to work the surrounding muscles.

I sleep better when I do it but don't do it all the time. I got resistance bands which allows me to do more exercises from home. I notice a change in my body already after only a few weeks. I also stopped drinking a lot of sugary drank (I may have a little from time to time), mostly drank spring water.

Yes... You can build some muscle as a beginner, especially if you throw in some variations. After a while they get boring and then you will want to start throwing some iron.

Have been doing this since the 1st September. 3 sets of 20 Push Ups, 20 Sits Ups and 20 Squats per set. Unfortunately I missed two days. 4th and 8th. That said the pump in your arms and chest is an amazing feeling. You get warmed up and can have cold showers. ATM I am shooping for starter body building programme I can do in the evenings. Will report back after 30 - 60 - 90 days.

Never do any excercise besides cardio and maybe situps everyday if you desire muscle growth. Muscle grows via hypertrophy and rest. Every other day is a much better approach.

I use to do 600 a day...it made my chest look better

But that was all I was doing so it really didn't help me strength wise

I've been tracking my progress on a whiteboard. Sometimes I'll forget to mark a set and if that happens it simply doesn't count. So far

  1. January: 1,361
  2. February: 1,567
  3. March: 3,741
  4. April: 6,379
Chin ups and Pulls Ups are included too but I'm really starting to see the difference this past week. And I'm officially a protein fiend :sadcam:

Like the title says for example if you did push ups in the morning and right before bed could you build muscle doing that or would it be more of a endurance thing
