6 miles round trip on my bicycle unless its inclement out..... very low fuel, insurance, and maintenance bills on my whip and above all, no car note every month.

how long does it take you to get to/from work?

it takes me 45 minutes to get to work (90% of the drive is on the freeway at 80mph)
it takes me almost 2 hours to get home (in rush hour traffic )

yep about the same for me coming in if i leave on time, usually it's no more than an hr to get back home though, but that has been escalated now (home route) due to highway construction, i have to go about an extra 20 minutes or so out of the way if traffic is smooth, if not tack on another 15 minutes.
