Baseball playoffs are a complete crapshoot they could win it all or lose the wildcard game to the Pirates

They have to make the playoffs first, but this wasn't even expected. They were supposedly a year away from doing this and more, so if they get hot, they can go far. The difference in baseball and a lot of other sports such as basketball, you really don't know who is going to win. The only thing you're trying to do in baseball is get to the playoffs and then it's anybody's game for the most part providing you have decent pitching

I'm glad the rookies are getting this experience now.Cubs got some reinforcements in the minors that will be up in september mainly baez and la stella and possibly edwards for the bullpen.They have arrieta and lester but the bullpen is too inconsistent.The royals had a power bullpen and could manufacture runs which is why they went on that run last year

I know especially if Martinez is unavailable we got to wacha last time we played him ( plus he is 7-7 in his last 14 starts) if we beat the cardinals we are going to the World Series
