Personally I'm kind of out of shape, but can't really say I'm
since I was never athletic to begin with.
On the treadmill I can run a mile in a little over 8 minutes but only one mile at that pace, after that I'd have to stop and catch my breath. Might be slower if I didn't use a treadmill, not sure. No issues with my legs or muscles but I just don't seem to have the lungs for running. Or either I just don't do it enough. Kind of sucks though sometimes I see fat dudes at the gym with more stamina than me (and I'm on the thin side).
