Personally I'm kind of out of shape, but can't really say I'm :flabbynsick: since I was never athletic to begin with.

On the treadmill I can run a mile in a little over 8 minutes but only one mile at that pace, after that I'd have to stop and catch my breath. Might be slower if I didn't use a treadmill, not sure. No issues with my legs or muscles but I just don't seem to have the lungs for running. Or either I just don't do it enough. Kind of sucks though sometimes I see fat dudes at the gym with more stamina than me (and I'm on the thin side). :skip:

When I was 180 doing minimal weights, sub 6 minutes/a little over 6 minutes.

Now at 230 brolic? Like 10 something if I'm booking:dead:

And my stamina is amazing in every other category, but as as I start running, gravity is like

Around 7 and a half minutes. I used to run 5k in around 25 minutes, but there are always some crazy ass people who run in in like 18 minutes

8-10 mins. It depends on how fast I'm running and how many miles I'm running
