it takes me about 15 minutes to WALK a mile.
if i'm running? prob cut that time in half easily.
exactly how out of shape are some of yall.

A lot of nikkas that were out of shape in 2016 are still out of shape
At least I haven't gotten fat or gained unwanted weight so I'll count that as a W.

Same. I only run 5k and it’s usually about 24 min. I haven’t run since it started getting cold tho. I only run outside. I’ll get back to it soon.
