We need a doc on the director Michael Cimino. Dude had the most interesting career in film the way he ascended to the top and then fell off the the very next film after The Deer Hunter with Heaven’s Gate

It's considered an all time great. The Russian roulette Vietnam scenes are intense and classic. It's worth a watch for that alone. The other two hours are long, slow and not much has going on. Great acting though. Imo its a bit overrated.
