Because they aren't facts. Jeezy isn't a producer, so he didn't create the sound. Furthermore, the sound that permeates the game now is more a product of what Luger did with Ross and Waka.

Between '05 Jeezy and '03 T.I., which of them was getting compared to greats (not talking magazine and media hype) and which one did people admittedly say couldn't rap even though the bumpin'?
And yes, it matters because it means that one of them was actually a factor on a bigger scale while the other was praised more so for production, image, and style. Also note, that the more one of them improved lyrically and artistically, the more fans they lost in the process. The other's fan base grew with each album.

Wrong. There was not an influx of rappers from every region rapping over trap beats until Luger had every body biting his drum patterns. There wasn't an influx of producers making trap beats at the time either. There was three dudes at the point: Toomp, Redd, and Drumma. After Luger, producers who never made trap beats either had Lex co-producing or were mimicking his sound.
Right because Lex Luger was created in a vacuum and never heard Streets is Watching, Trap or Die, or TM101...
Who said he was created in a vacuum. Breh is the producer that opened up the flood gates and caused a plethora of producers to bite his style.
Same goes for Jeezy in regard to being "crwated in a vacuum". Like he never heard Trap Muzik (and note the Jeezy before T.I. dropped Trap Muzik sounds nothing like the Jeezy after). You have Toomp saying Redd told him that he created the beats for Trap Or Die based on what Toomp was doing with T.I.
