I should be able to.

I can deadlift over twice that and I do one arm carries on the regular with a 100 lb dumbbell

It's probably mostly about grip strength and having decent form with with the deadlift

These are just regular dudes off the street who don't train. I bet having them do a pull up would be just as embarrassing.

I can dead lift and squat 220 EASY. But this is concentrated weight :patrice:

The phenomenon was that the first dude did it then someone came right after and did it.

It's like when Roger Bannister ran the 4 minute mile....it was unseen and unheard of so there was like a ceiling over the entire world....once he pulled it off, aka showed it was possible the feat has been achieved multiple times.

It's not quite the same cause those 2 dudes did it, which showed it could be done but when the 'random' guy did it then suddenly someone else did too....a day or 2 more and the experiment would've been a bust.

I wouldn't try it. Dumbell presses flat and incline are awkward enough with 80lbs 90lb, 100lbs weights. Do it long enough you're bound to pull something at some point. I wouldn't even bother with a 220lb dumbell.
