Lets say u hypothetically have the capital to do such a thing. What would be the first step in the process besides buying the property, which u already own, is there a license involved?

Need a liquor license for the establishment.

Small business license probably too.

You have to make sure that the property you already own, is in a zone that allows it to become a strip club.

You may need various other licenses from your city/county.

I would also get a financial advisor or someone to go over the financial logistics of the whole thing.

Thats not an issue.

What is the success/failure rate for strip club businesses?

are they usually a good investment or a bad one?

There is always a risk factor, but it depends on the market. If there is already a saturation of strip clubs in your city/area, it's probably going to be difficult to make it into a success since so many others offer the same thing.

You could buy an existing one. One that's ghetto and you can fix up

I wanted to buy one here in Philly for 700k and make it a hipster strip club, couldn't raise the money though

You'll need a liquor license, the difficulty of that depends on your state

And you'll need to deal with zoning issues. Nearby schools and angry neighbors could get in the way

maybe a byob strip club would work, that's an idea

I think the real money is charging hoes big $$ for upstairs rooms where they can fukk clients
