Don't listen to these clowns.

The easiest way is to not call it a stripclub, call is an Event Center. A place for artist to film videos and interviews or whatever. BYOL. Make it a private members only. Hire dancers, charge membership fees to enter everytime. Make friends with veteran Law Enforcement officers and city councilmen. Invite them and hook them up with free vip. Start off slow. I've been thinking about doing it for a while. I just gave you a lot of free game bruh.

Are you built to deal with unpredictable strippers, pimps, dustheads and goons on a regular basis? :birdman:

In Dallas, From Cleveland
Main Problem seems to be with the zoning.

I had some fam who was seriously blooking into and the issue was the only zone where he could set up shop already had about 4-5 strips clubs there.

I know some great areas that would do numbers if you could have one there but its not in the proper zone.

Then the liquor license is the next biggest issue...

:what::pachaha:

Do you live in a fantasy land or watch too many movies? You REALLY think that making friends with law enforcement and city councilmen is that easy? And to make them your customers and have them cooperate? :comeon:

You are delusional my friend. :childplease:

And where the hell you goin find girls that are actually pretty to cooperate with your broke ass wanna be idea.

And to make it an "Event Center" and have private only members who keep it all on the down low as if people dont talk. :skip:

And to actually pull that off as a successful business idea without ANYONE getting curious.

Listen dude...you are delusional and watch too much TV.

Anyhow I live in Vegas, and let me tell you that 80% of the strip clubs in this town fail and are then bought out by some wannabe new owner and then fail again.

The ones who are successful are ones who actually RUN IT as an actual STRICT BUSINESS. THEY DONT fukk AROUND.

Yes that stripper that is caught jerking someone off is FIRED and never HIRED again.

They keep it business and keep it moving.

And dont get it twisted, there are grimey strip clubs and shyt goin on. BUT THEY NEVER LAST.

Thats not an issue.

What is the success/failure rate for strip club businesses?

are they usually a good investment or a bad one?

In my experience, the reason that these type of establishments don't last long is because its frequented by "shady" characters. Most clubs, bars, strip clubs in NYC get shut down because they in their prostituting, get shot up, or somebody gets raped or killed in the venue.

If you ain't down with any organzed crime syndicates then it ain't gonna fly

99% of strip clubs are either owned by bikers, the mafia or some other organized crime outfit. I ain't lying either.

and I've seen and heard of clubs opening up without "permission" and a few months later the club mysteriously blows up or has some kind of shoot up invloved.

at least thats what its like everywhere I've been.
Maybe in the smaller cities its different....but I doubt it

:childplease: You think the OP is trying to open a club in Vegas?

I'm not in Vegas. I live in the DMV. You don't have a clue how sh:t works here boy. I know and can show what I'm talking about, you're guessing at it how it can work.

In MD city council can get you shutdown or keep you open. They raid clubs here, if you cool with a Veteran police officer, than can look out for you.

I'm not you dude, I don't speak and speculate about sh:t I don't really know about.

Not only are liquor licenses hard to obtain I have seen them costing 3,4, 500,000 and when you factor in other codes, permits, rents, expenses a business of this nature adds up in the millions quick. Not trying to deter you, just being realistic.
