How has this piss smelling bum been allowed to spam this section?

I've proven several times he doesn't even play the games he spams this section with multiple threads about

Honestly it's best for everybody if he's unable to create threads in this section

A game he made multiple threads on which I brought on release he completed a year later (when it so happened to be given out for free)

Forzas which he brags about being such a great franchise (shyts trash hence my 1%) never even played because you get an achievement for starting the game

Ryse, Gears of war, forza all not played or hardly played

The same with gears of war 4, Quantum break and killer instinct (do we set a pattern forming?)

Not to mention the fact he hasn't even played games such as recore dead rising amongst a long list of other Xbox exclusives

Now my simple question is why is this old Alzheimer's having, negligent piss stained matress for his children buying, bytch nikka allowed to still make threads on games and services he clearly can't afford ?
