Got rid of some friends on Facebook.
Followed the ACLU more, and donated 20 dollars to the Brady group.

I live in the south and I'm wondering where all of the Trump bumper stickers went... It's very weird because right before the election I seen a lot of Trump support but now I rarely see them and when I do, it's on a beat up pick up truck.
Besides that my life hasn't changed at all for now. I'm concerned about a war touching American soil though, I don't want some crazy to do a terror attack and I don't want America to wage an open war with another country. TBH, I'm kind of scared man... I don't want to end up in an internment camp or something, I wish I didn't have to be concerned about sh1t like this.
I just want to live a peaceful life with my wife and kids. I don't fukk with anyone and I mind my own business but due to the country I live in and my race, I live in constant fear.
It's nothing that I can do about it though, I will just continue loving my family and enjoying life even more... When it's over, it's over

Well he got rid of the Minority business development agency. So basically 95 out of the top 100 black businesses won't won't contracts for being minorities anymore.

Trump hasnt changed much for me. I am upset about this ban.. more than I thought I'd be. I guess wrong has a way of forcing emotion in you. Ive been so adamant about only caring about Black, supporting Black, fighting for Black...this has sparked a compassion in me for other groups I haven't felt in very long time, probably cause Im sort of a new mom and care about everything more now.
I also hear from whites more. Im an 80s baby and growing up, whites had power but knew better than to speak or act like it. Seems like they're getting bold now. Im hearing chatter not even big, racist country boys would say back in the day. I guess its Trump mixed with the internet. I think it needs to be checked immediately. Blacks and whites didnt used to be so familiar around each other and there was good reason for it. Trump has definitely given these people a voice.

Me personally, not much. I figured we as a race were fukked regardless of who took office given that shyt wasn't really sweet when Obama was in office.
However, a fair amount of people in my friend circle (liberals/Hilary stans, etc.) seem to have taken a greater interest in politics, especially as the grassroots/local level
, marching in protests, etc.
I understand their concerns, and what's happening sucks, but as I've said before, when I told them that a Trump Administration was possible, they wanted to be the ones to have faith in America to not put that on us, like this country hasn't shown its true colors -- or lack thereof -- before.
