How have your movie and tv viewing watching habits changed due to smartphones?

If it's something I really care about watching, like Mad Men, I'll solely focus on that, I have subtitles on, that's all I'm focusing on because I don't want to miss a single line.
Of course I never pull my phone out at the movies, I put it on do not disturb.
But if I'm watching a movie at home I usually have subtitles on and I'm pretty good about not looking at other things but I have a bad habit of pulling out my phone or pausing to go read the Wikipedia page of the movie I'm watching, the director page, the actor page etc. Then after I read Wikipedia I'll go and read the imdb trivia page, then I'll go to RogerEbert.com to see what Ebert was saying, then I'll go to rottentomatoes, then I'll search for the movie on the AV Club website....
Next thing you know I've paused the movie for 30 minutes, a 90 minute movie can take several hours around my parts

What the fukk is wrong with yall?
If im watching tv...im watching tv...the only time I look at videos on my phone is if im out and about...I have a fukking 70 inch ...
Sometimes I just need the TV on as background for my Web browsing. I'll put on a Netflix show I have a small interest in just so I can have some bg noise. Obviously if it's a movie that requires paying attention to I'll put down my laptop. But I just watched "Ride Along" and was on my comp the whole time.

Agree with everyone but certain shows get full attention... Boardwalk empire, Breaking Bad (when it was on) etc...
