How does Ted stay pulling these fine chicks with such ease? He's not interesting or endearing, he's not rich and he's an average looking dude (no homo). shyt doesn't add up. What is there to like about him?

Also Barney is wack to me, the character has no basis in reality. When you have players on other shows they're no way near close to being as over the top as Barney is.

Is there any coincidence that the best episodes are now usually the ones where Ted catches some vicious ether (the self ether near the end of the last episode )? I'm pretty sure the writers themselves hate the show since CBS wouldn't let it die.
