- How important is it for an artist write their own lyrics - ie: not use ghostwriters?
- How important is it for an artist write their own lyrics - as in with a pen an paper rather than just spitting from out their head?

you'd be surprised how many of your favorite artists aren't writing their own lyrics in 2013...
stop & think about some of your favorite artists & all those "crew" nikkas that are signed to them that never do anything... they all have roles...
hip hop used to be about being genuine but sometime back that was lost & a lot of these dudes are nothing but brands to be marketed to fans for profit...
and the fact that even the underground fans are fooled about these tactics just show how effective they really are... it's sad but it's really just a business now...
