i once rented some lobster traps in maine a few years back. netted me around 60 lobsters. had so much i told the trapper to just send off the tails, keep the rest. ate so much lobster those first few weeks that i'll probably never eat it again.

put anything from the ocean with a shell or exoskeleton down in front of me and i'm good to go. Clams... Mussels... Oysters... Abalone... Scallops... Squid... Octopus... Shrimp... Lobster... Prawns.... Conch.

only things i haven't tried are Escargot (sea snail) and sea urchin and i want to try both.

escargot is not made with sea snail. it's made with land snail and they're my favorite meat EVER.
