How is 55% of the country in approval of Trumps response to the virus?

Do they not realize what's going on? Like the new cases in New York didn't go from 100 to 10,000 in less than a week it's just that back when they were saying it was 100 the testing was too far behind to know it was really greater than 10,000.

From the federal level there should have been a coordinated preemptive strike on all this back in early to mid-February. The country should have gone on a planned lockdown back then with the stimulus bill already negotiated and deployed.

Now everything is being done randomly. Different states taking different approaches. The bill is still being debated. This is chaos. How are they cool with it?

Both of those aren't responses to the event itself. They're both responses to his initial lack of a response to the event.

I honestly believe a border lockdown and mandatory 2-3 week quarantine back in January would have really slowed what we have now. This shyt came from outside and people brought it in and started spreading it around because he didn't take control of the situation very early.

He's responding to his own incompetence right now.

Well without a question mental capacity is extremely low. But question is also where are people learning about the situation from?

You think these people are searching out for multiple op-eds about this? You think people know the difference between US response and Korean, Chinese or Italian? You think people know what either Cuomo or de Blasio are saying in their press conferences?

There is no plan or a stance opposing Trump out today. House of Representatives can pass any bill they want today but they started out with a compromise. Since then it's been dead air from them. It's been all up to Trump and McConnell since then.
