Well, the one and done rule has made college bball worse because talent isn't dispersed, and is concentrated at just 4 or 5 top programs. The college game hasn't been as good bc talent isn't all that great anymore. Also, I think talent coming in takes a longer time to develop now, and with monster freshmen coming in and leaving after a year, it hurts the team's development.
