Does anyone have experiences with it here? I would like to know. I am curious.
Especially ones focused on music and acting.
Theres A LOT of dead weight.

Like, theres a lot of auxiliary people who are not remotely talented or responsible for being talented at much of anything but all vying for some sort of recognition.

Its like being a professional groupie for like 85% of people for the people in it.

I do this as well with friends. Chilled with slick pulla, cte, young scooter and a whole list of folks. Theyre actually really humble regular people........with fame and money.

The crazy part is the no named nikkas have all the egos and shyt. They have no marketing plan, no hits, recorded in they mama basement, but they walk around like they got a S on their chest. I went to A3C last year and it was just ego after ego from these randos and that truly surprised me

Speaking of marketing plans. One of my duties while working at the PR firm was organizing old files and stuff. So I saw emails, marketing plans, old magazine clips, etc. etc. shyt was boring, but it also got me into podcasts, cuz I listened to them to pass time.

Anyways, I came across an old marketing plan and was reading it. This artist was an R&B singer, the plan pitched to build his Twitter following was follow a bunch of people, of course they would follow back, THEN unfollow after a couple weeks, to get his numbers up. The shallowness and stupidity of that plan had me shaking my head.

well, I'm not in the industry but from the outside looking in,

it seems like the people who got their start real young or that have the connections are the only ones who able to do big things.

i may be wrong though...

by the way rappers are some of the most sensitive bytch made people ever. if you want to be famous or be a rapper you have to some what be a sociopath. most people in the industry aren't making any money but they all act like they do. the music industry is extremely small and its a fraternal organization. Record label heads just rotate around to different labels like coaches do in major leagues.
