This is simple. A man's value increases as he gets older because the things that attract most women (money/status) usually increases and gives women that sense of security they always look for.

Think about it, a broke 18 year old college dude usually doesn't get with women of high quality. Take that same dude at 35-40 making good money and has a lil status (and decent looks) then he will have his pick of the best women because he now has what they're looking for.

I wouldn't really consider someone a "playboy" until he is at least 30. Everything before that just seems like child's play. I consider a playboy like James Bond or the "most interesting man in the world." It's a guy who can wine, dine and charm your pants off. However, I don't really think it's something to aspire to. Seems like a lonely life and after a while you get so set in your ways that I would be hard to do anything else. I think you can be a playboy from 30 to 45 years old. After that your just a creepy old dude. Not a good look.

I only know one guy I would actually consider a playboy and I think he may be a sex addict. Dude is ruthless. I've seem women fall in love instantly time and time again. He's not even that great looking and has a little bit of a belly but I have never met anyone more charming. But he will scoop ya girl, ya wife or ya mama if he wants. He is dangerous around women.
