Eh, I kinda changed my mind on this as I'm having a child. I disagree. I really don't think there's a right answer here. One thing I do hate is how some people use abortion as their own form of contraception. Those kinds of people are trash. But if you're raped and are then forced to have a child, then all of those who are responsible for passing this law should have to pay to raise that child.
