People calling Kenny best in the world are in large part the same that swore Prince Devitt was an elite in ring worker 
new NJPW fans are the worst stans on the internet and have been for a couple of years now, they just hype shyt up with no backing and flood social media with it, so people just assume that's the way it is
I do agree this style of promo is suited for Japan and works there. His overness is not only because of his matches, Omega does appeal to the puro fans over there for his antics and interviews, just listen to the people in the promo posted above when he finally speaks Japanese.

I like Kenny. He is athletic and he entertains me. I dont care if he is Bi (if youve been watching or know anyone in the biz youve known this for years). He is a silly dude who does silly things but has pretty damn good "big matches". It is what it is. And Jim Cornette nor Dave Meltzer change my opinion on that.

This is what I initially said to and I was hesitant. His promo skills work well in Japan. The culture is very different and he appeals to the fans. I think if we look at him speak during the press conferences, where he just shoots, that's his real promo ability. Cursing and shooting on other talent like LIJ and Okada
